Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our stay was quite enjoyable, with a beautiful property that felt well-maintained and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience delightful, and the breakfast buffet provided some lovely surprises. However, some service times at the restaurant could be improved, and the hotel does show signs of age in certain areas. Overall, it was a good value for money, especially given the beautiful surroundings.
During my stay, I found the hotel had wonderful staff who went above and beyond, especially during breakfast. The gardens are beautiful and the complimentary breakfast is a nice perk, however, the rooms are quite dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. The swimming pool area could use better lighting at night, and the drinks felt overpriced for what they were, but overall, it was a decent experience.
The hotel had a beautiful setup with clean rooms and friendly staff that made me feel welcome. However, the location was a bit of a downside, as it felt remote and wasn't very close to nice swimming beaches. The food options at breakfast were decent, but some items felt overpriced. Still, the comfort level and facilities made for an enjoyable stay overall.
I had high hopes for this resort, but it fell short in several areas. The rooms I experienced varied significantly in quality, which was disappointing. While the breakfast was quite enjoyable, I found some aspects of the service lacking. The beach wasn't as nice as I had anticipated, though there was a shuttle to a better spot. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs significant improvements.
While the staff at the resort were incredibly friendly and accommodating, there were several issues that overshadowed the positives. The rooms need refurbishment as the furniture is worn and amenities like the phone and TV were broken. Although the pool area and grounds are beautiful, the dining experience could improve, especially with breakfast service lacking air conditioning and timeliness. The location is quite isolated, which may not suit those wanting to explore.
